A novel concept for a YA fiction story. Really enjoyed the character development & the idea of this being a trilogy due to the fact that this sometimes seems inadequate if left to a single installment. A very good read, with sometimes pretty heavy undertones & emotions brought about by the paranormal/life after death theme & a nice hook at the end that leaves you yearning for the next installment. Can't wait to pick up the next one!

Loved it!
I like it, is enjoyable, i believe something was missing, the ending let me wanting for more, but not that much, i can wait to buy the second part some other time if i remember to. the concept was good, the story was ok, not excellent, but i liked it.
This is my first book review on , but I feel strongly enough about this book that I want others to know my thoughts, and hopefully, then read the book for themselves. The characters are easy to fall in love with. They draw out your empathy and you can feel them come to life even in this fantasy setting. The storyline is well thought out and I will be anxiously awaiting the next book in the series. It also makes my heart happy to be reading a local Missouri author!! Enjoy Satellite for yourself!
This was just okay for me. I honestly struggled to get into it. YA book are usually hit or miss with me. This one just never caught my attention and held on. I felt like I had to force myself to finish it. Somewhere along the way the book felt like it was loosing steam. I can say that the writing was good. In fact I really liked that Grant had a POV. I feel like we don't get the male POV often enough. So though it didn't work for me I think that it will be a hit for others.
Well-written paranormal romance. Looking forward to picking up the rest of the trilogy.
I liked this story. It moved fast and explored an idea of life and death I hadn't thought of. I'm heading to buy Part II
I can't remember the last time I read such an extraordinary story. Lee is an amazingly brilliant artist with a flare to hold the reader in a hypnotic trance. Before i knew it the last page was turned and I was sad it was over..
